We are seeking Construction General Laborers to support daily construction field operations and maintain safe, productive work areas on heavy civil construction projects.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general labor, material handling, and site cleanup.
• Spot equipment and guide operators during operations.
• Work safely around moving equipment and active work zones.
• Set up and maintain work areas and traffic control as directed.
• Assist multiple crews based on project needs.
• Follow supervisor direction and all site safety requirements.

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather and site conditions, including rough terrain and waterways.
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Awareness of construction hazards and safety practices.

• Willingness to cross-train and support multiple crews or tasks.

Qualifications | Experience

• Experience in heavy civil construction and working around heavy equipment strongly preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
